Geez....This is taking way too long. Whoever made home buying so difficult? Slowly but surly I`m getting somewhere. Approval and appraisal are done. Home inspection and termite test are done also and everything is looking fab!! Some other little inspections are still out but I hope they will turn out as good as all the other ones. All I`m waiting for then is title work and closing....!!! Hopefully by mid next month I have a new address...! Also my parents are flying in around that time to see us. They are so dreading the long flight but I need help moving and painting, lol... ( I kinda hope I have that done before they get here) ..if not they just have to work on their vacation ;) Happy times!!
