ANGER MANAGEMENT 3 COULD POSSIBLY BE THE GREATEST FUCKING CONCERT I EVER ATTEND!!!!
^^Highlight of my fucking summer!!!! Our seats were great...we thought they would be shitty...but they turned out to be in a great spot. We got shirts...hell yeah...and we never sat down (except during the period between each set) but once the curtains opened...we never sat down.
About 15 minutes before the concert began...they had a up and coming local rapper named Hush come on stage and perform a few songs...he was really good. Talented too. Nate Dogg came out and did a song with him, that they did on his debut album (yet to be released).
Lil' Jon had a 45 minute set...and just seeing him for a few minutes..you knew that he is a very exciting, fun, and energetic performer. Even though I may not always understand what he says...I had a blast watching him perform.
50 Cent/G-Unit....They had a 90 minute set...and it was 90 minutes of energy!!! They brought out 50..he did a few songs...then they brought out members of G-Unit...one at a time and did a song from all their albums. Lloyd Banks, Young Buck (who lit up a blunt on stage..lol), Tony Yayo, and Olivia. Then they brought out Mase..the neweset member of G-Unit...even though Mase has been around for a while. Then they did all did a few songs...and then they brought Mobb Deep out..and that was exciting too. On the way out...Young Buck and Lloyd Banks stayed on stages and said..."We got one thing to say before we leave this bitch....Fuck The Police!!!"
They had a lil bit of difficulty taking down 50's stage and putting Eminem's up...so Em's performance got pushed back 15-20 minutes....
But once the stadium lights went off...everyone was on their feet cheering and screaming "Shady!" "Shady!" "Shady!" He came out and did a few songs with Proof from D12...and then he had the stage for a lil bit. He went back to change his outfit...and then came back on and introduced D12..Proof, Kuniva, Con Artis, and Swift...but Bizarre was missing..Bizarre came out and did a few songs from his upcoming album. Then the rest of D12 came back out to join Bizarre on stage...and then they brought Trick Trick out and performed "Welcome to Detroit City". Eminem poked fun at Mariah Carey and Micheal Jackson, and addressed those fucking pesky rumors about him retiring "I'm not Retiring Detroit!!!" All in all it was an amazing night...and amazing concert. I had a blast...my sister had a blast..and Nick had a blast.
