My current health directive is to eliminate excessive sugar. Sugar is a key issue in regards to fertility. That's my biggest reasoning. But I'm also a total sugar addict. I have been 'off' sweets for 1 week and I've had dreams about eating delicious sweets and wake up with remorse over failing at my present goal. I'm eating everything else I want in life. Carbs and gluten galore. So we will see if the reduction of sugar only has ant significant health impacts. I have noticed already that I have not been as bloated as I usually am. It could be coincidence, but it's something.
