January first is fast approaching
Why, oh why, do I keep getting into British fandoms? I'm sure I embarrass myself with blatant Americanisms all the time. But at least in Harry Potter I never had to worry about release dates that were five months later. Fortunately, there's a thing called the internet, and ways of watching television that are frowned upon. So basically, I'll be watching Sherlock about a week after it airs in the UK, and I'm going to stay away from fandom starting in January and until I'm caught up. In case anyone misses me. (I guess this means I better hurry up and finish those WIPs on my hard drive.)
The reason I'm pulling out my sparkly new rainbow icon (I'm a dork and a graphic designer and I like my branding to be consistent) is because, on lgbtq_recs, there's going to be a month long discussion on the wonderful documentary Paris Is Burning.
