the rolling stones get better each time i see them. they finally, finally, played, for the first time in the three times ive seen them, paint it, black...but what makes it even better is the fact that they played sympathy for the devil right before it. so my two favorite stones songs were played back to back. awesome.
van morrison on the other hand, was sucking hardcore. i knew four of his songs and he played for an hour. all the middle age white women in the crowd, sans my mom and aunt, were dancing like crazy when he played brown eyed girl.
but paint it, black made up for van morrison.
