Family = Annoying As Hell (+ a Girl, Interrupted fanmix)
So, the world didn't come to a screeching halt. There was no massive planetary earthquake, as I expected there wouldn't be. Also, I finally got Netflix! I'm now an official member of the 21st Century!
I was just talking yesterday about that - how I am, despite being a nonconformist type, getting into modern stuff. But it's convenient, as I can now slack off from school and watch Ghost in the Shell and horror movies like Carrie whenever I feel like it.
Anyway, the weekend's been stressful. My family's been twice as obnoxious. They couldn't decide on what to do this weekend, and everybody was arguing constantly over if we should go to the beach or not; quite frankly I hate the beach. It sucked having to hear everyone bitch about it Friday and Saturday and not end up going anyway >8(
So in my spare time, I hid away in my room and did this! A Girl, Interrupted fanmix that describes the relationship between Susanna Kaysen and Lisa Rowe. There are some pretty good songs on it - Hole, the Sex Pistols, Fiona Apple. I love this movie to pieces.
