PARTAY TIME!!!

I'm heading out to Palm Desert with my parents and brothers to meet up with the rest of my dad's family to celebrate the 81st birthday of our matriarch--aka Grandma--which will be centered around the vacation house that's been in the family for four--count 'em, four!--generations. Much sleeping in and swimming in the pool down the hill from the house and getting good and tannyfull! God, I've needed a real vacation for far too long; work's been sucking all of the fun out of me and chasing off the plot bunnies. Here's hoping for much relaxation, fun, and writing.
