The last time I posted was last summer when I was in Croatia!
So to summarise, after that I went to Budapest and Prague, stayed on Chloe's boat in St Malo, got the ferry on my own over to Ireland, stayed a couple of days in Wexford, then 5 days in Dublin before I got the ferry to Holyhead, and finally the train home to London. It was a great summer and I was quite proud of myself for spending the last week travelling completely on my own. Since then it hasn't been so great, since the only job I've been able to get is a crappy agency job doing waitressing at events.
Sooo, at the moment I am waiting to see if I get placed at a camp with Camp America for this summer. I had the interview just over a week ago and got accepted and everything, so now I'm on the list and just have to wait and hope someone picks me! I've decided that if I don't get placed, I'm going to go to Italy in the summer so that I can improve my Italian.
I felt like writing an entry because the Kerrs officially announced their retirement from competition this week and I wanted to make a post about it. They are my favourite ice dancing team and I think it's such a shame that they don't get more recognition in Britain, since they have done so well and are such crowd-pleasers. They are always entertaining and have such a different energy to other teams. I feel like they always try to do something a bit different (probably since the same old romantic stuff is creepy with sibling teams!). Dancing On Ice could do so much to make real skating popular and encourage people to watch competitions but it really doesn't! Anyway, here are Sinead & John winning the bronze medal at the Europeans this year (which should have been silver, obviously), skating to Muse:

ok and I'm done! I'm sad that they won't be at worlds, or at Sheffield Euros next year because I definitely want to go to that.
