Sometimes, it's nice when people get just a little come-uppance. I got a call from this woman who was just an absolute grade-A bitch to me on the phone because WE were stupid and had applied a payment to the wrong account. The reason that WE were stupid was because SHE sent in a form with the check with payment directions on it that SPECIFIED the WRONG freakin' account.
People make mistakes all the time. I make 'em too, but a lesson to be learned here is that you should refrain from getting all high and mighty unless you're really darn sure that your foot isn't on a banana peel.
