Rolling enchiladas, anticipating Hal Ozsan, and typing my fingers off

Tomorrow, my co-workers are getting enchiladas. Since there are significantly more co-workers around me now, I had to make sure that I made enough. I thought that I had calculated the recipe correctly, as much as there actually is a recipe, mostly it's cook this thing, then assemble this thing, bake it this long, then, you'll be done. I used to just make around 15 or so. I needed to make two dozen this time. Somehow, I didn't quite have enough cheese, which, for me, is possibly the least believable ingredient to have run out of, yet, I totally did. Still, they turned out good, I just didn't quite make as many as I thought I did.

Tomorrow, Hal Ozsan will be on "White Collar." I know that it's painfully obvious how excited I am about this. I don't care. As a proud Geek, I totally get to be a fangirl.

A new writing project has materialized, which excites me, even as it potentially creates the need to go meet with my accountant to discuss a couple of things. I'm still working on the other writing projects that I started earlier this year, too. So, yes, lots of writing. My keyboard is pratically smoking from the generating of output.

enchiladas, hal ozsan, writing, freak flag flyin', cooking
