All this and thinking about didgeridoos, too
There were some really beautiful samples of Kyanite at the Gem & Mineral Show. I'd have loved to purchase them. There were also some great trilobite and fish fossils as well. It was definitely prime shopping grounds for the cabinet of curiosities. I'll have to go to next year's show, too and see what else I can find.
Work has been busy, which has kept me busy. It's been a lot busier because we're gearing up for our busy time of the year which I know will leave me drained because it always seems to.
On a completely unrelated note, it's been very hot here at night. I find myself wishing that I actually had a sleeping porch. It's been cooling down very nicely at night and I know that it could be a lot more comfortable. When I build my hobbit hole, I think I'll have to include one.
