1) My uncle once: went to The Ace (the bar I used to live above) on his 21st birthday, and they kicked him out because he'd been going there for a few years with a fake.
2) Never again in my life: will I assume all of Australia is warm and not pack jackets (it's not really cold, but it does get down to 0 C at night, and all I brought was summer clothes... oops)
