"Dude, what the hell are you doing?" Dean snapped, spinning around. Wet snow slid from his head to the ground, a small pile balancing on his ear. He flicked it off with irritated fingers.
Sam was standing, another snowball in his hand, grinning mischievously.
"Don't you dare," Dean warned, but the snowball was already flying through the air, connecting with shoulder as he dodged to the side.
"Getting slow, Dean?" Sam crowed, laughing.
Seconds later he was pinned to the ground, squealing like a little kid as Dean shoved handfuls of freezing cold snow down his shirt.
"Keep dreaming, Sammy."

Dean cocked a grin at the brooding brunette. "Another?" he asked, nodding at her glass.
Faith barely flicked her eyes in his direction. "No."
Dean didn't even blink, sliding off the stool to go, accidentally catching his ribs on the edge of the bar. "Sonofabitch," he swore, clutching a hand to his side, the other gripping the stool for balance.
She looked at him then, seeing his pain-etched expression. "You okay?"
"Just a werewolf scratch," he said through gritted teeth. "Be out of your hair in a second."
"Or not," she said. "Name's Faith. You can buy me a beer."
