My Birthday Party
Do you think it's strange that my birthday is in May and I have already started planning my birthday party? I even started thinking of what I might want to wear and whether or not I want to wear my hair straight or curly! *cheeks flusing*
It happened by chance and, no, I am not quite that self-absorbed. See, it happened innocently enough. I was on another website that shall remain nameless when I went to hear some music from a Producer that I like. I glanced at his calendar and a name popped out at me saying that, hello, he would be at one of my favorite clubs (where I am super vip to boot!). No fucking way! I thought to myself and then I looked at the date... damn, it's in May... wait my birthday weekend! So, that is what we are doing for my birthday!
See, this year I wasn't so hyped about my birthday. You know there are some ages that you are super happy about reaching and other ages that seem like they remind you just how far away you are from where you want to be. Funny how when you're young you have no idea of what a person who is, say, 24 should be doing with their life. When you're 12 you think someone 24 is so together, living in a fancy condo and driving a Benzo And some 24 year olds are, but most are not. When I was 24 I still felt 12... well, maybe 13.
Anyway, my birthday will be fun! Do you think it's appropriate to wear a tiara because I'm the birthday girl? *big grin*
