Raoul des Sablières

I have mentioned the RPG Show the Colours, which I adore.

There are canon characters from Hornblower, Sharpe, and O'Brian, as well as own characters. One of the ones I write for is Raoul des Sablières, a French Hussar Captain on parole. He's a canon character in that I found him in a book by D K Broster, called "Mr Rowl". I do wonder if anyone
