When did "the holidays" become the three weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years and NOT Christmas Day when you wake up and presents are magically there and your biggest worry was how to pretend you were so tired you couldnt go to church with your parents. Grown up "holidays" have become: xmas dinners with work, friends, family, inlaws, further inlaws. Sending xmas cards, shopping for everyone, planning shopping in between work and work dinners. NOt getting enough work done during "the holidays" because everyone is on vacation. What a very strange change over from childhood holidays.
On another note, Jess and I got a kitten! She's absolutely adorable! Her name is Chloe, and she's frisky frisky frisky. I love her. Cant get enough of her!!
