Oh my god. I think I have made a mistake. Lynette and H came up tonight and we had a lovely night celebrating Gary's birthday Louise, Iain, Steve and his lovely girlfriend (who I don't know the name of, sorry please someone enlighten me!) all joined us in the Royalty. Lynette and H just left to drive home as H is at work tommrow and they took Sirplus and Skidmark my fish. We had agreed they were too big for my fish tank and I don't want to get a bigger one and they were scaring the shit out of my sucky fish. Lynette is taking them to her work as they have a nice big pond and depend on donations to stock it. But now they have gone the tank looks so very empty without them. I had not realised how much I sit and look at them. I am really gonna miss them. I know my plan is to get some smaller fan tails that won't grow as big and they will be happier in a pond, but I can't help feeling I am a bad mum, abandoning them when I could have spent the money on a bigger tank. I have had them for three years and they have battled through adversity, admittedly killing on the way, but I am gonna miss them, evil killer instincts, battle scars and all. So, goodbye Skidmark and Sirplus, I am missing you already.
