Cake!
For the first time since I was in primary school, I am baking a cake.
It is a chocolate cake, as recommended by the people in the Expensive Olive Oil Shop. Cunning, really, as it takes up vast quantities of Very Expensive Olive Oil. Half a large bottle, actually.
It'd better not go wrong. Not that I'm remotely confident of this... Our oven is rubbish.
But I promise pictures when it is done.
