Holy Cow
Today I went to see "Meet the Robinsons" with Jayden-- I took her as sort of a late birthday gift. Have to admit, I was pretty disappointed with the movie; it kind of sucked ass. Oh, Disney. For shame.
We then went to Build-A-Bear to get more accessories for her husky-- and I was totally floored at how much people will spend to clothe their stuffed animals. They cost as much, if not more, than regular kids clothes and were very trendy and cute. You could even get Joe Boxer underwear for your bear/animal for the low, low price of 8 dollars. And the place was packed! I'll admit, they were very cute, but yeesh.
I dropped by ACP and bought a nursing pillow, and caught up with Sandy and Gloria-- it was nice to see them. :)
In other news, my future step-father-in-law is going to name one of his new heifer calves after me. :D
(I actually asked him if he would; he needed a creative name because he shows his heifers and then sells them to breeders, so it has to be fairly original) From now on, once "Jevne" the cow is bred, her calves will also carry on the name Jevne to show their lineage. Awesome! I have created my legacy through cattle!
I shall post pictures of "Jevne" in a bit....
