Second driving lesson went ok. I went on some main roads. Stalled a couple of times. My main problem is definitely my nerves - I panic and my mind gies blank. I guess it will get better

coming from work sounds like a good idea to me :-). and i think the panicking will stop when you get used to different situations!

I hope so! My instructor pretty much said today that it is my main problem and that it is not something he can really help me with :(

But also that he was pleased with how the lesson went.

that's my problem too, i once saw a duck on the road and screamed, making my instructor jump a mile. i have to calm down. lol.
