Smoking: Tuesday was HARD. I cut back a little too much too soon I think and I was a total bitch all day. The few I did smoke didn't seem to satisfy the craving so I just wanted another straight after. Yesterday was better - I went out for a lot of the day so I was distracted and only had one about every three hours, but today I think I had a breakthrough. These pills must finally be kicking in because I lit my first cigarette of the day at about 9.30am, smoked two drags and just didn't want anymore.
I didn't have another until about 4pm, when I was at home with Sam having diverted the office phones to my mobile. They didn't stop ringing for an hour and Sam was yelling for attention the whole time. I was so stressed after that I was gagging for one, but I've only had one more since so that makes two and a bit all day. Considering my stop date isn't until Sunday I think that's BLOODY GOOD!
