First Time, Zangeal snapshots, M
This marks my first post to any comms (I posted to a couple earlier)
...I'm so nervous!
Anyway.
I wrote a series of Zangeal snapshots.
Some of them I really need to expand on more. I know, they're unclear. You'll think "how could Angeal do that?!" Well, you have to know that he's fighting tooth and nail to get away from his attraction to Zack. He thinks it's a breach of trust, and he doesn't want to hurt Zack in any way or cause him any problems.
He thinks his attraction to Zack is shameful, when it really isn't.

So that's why he seems like a total ass.

First Time
Pairing: Zangeal
Rating: M for mention of sex
Genre: total fluff

The first time Zack was hospitalized from injuries sustained in practice, Angeal stayed by his side the entire evening, refusing to leave until Zack did.

The first time Zack was sent on a mission without Angeal, his mentor tossed and turned all night, worried and wishing for his Puppy to come home.

The first time Zack confessed to Angeal, his mentor shook his head and left the room in a hurry. That was also the first time in years that Zack cried.

The first time Zack reached for Angeal's hand, he was scolded with a "don't you think you're a little old for that?" and a reprimanding look. He shook his head and replied "You're never too old to show love!"

The first time Zack kissed Angeal, they were interrupted by a nosy and ecstatic Genesis. That gave Angeal enough time to think about where things were going, and bow out ungracefully, feeling ashamed of himself.

The first time Zack and Angeal went on a date, they were mobbed by hoards of screaming fangirls. Some were delighted, some were distraught, and a few just seemed confused. Still, the pizza was good, and the company was better. They resolved from then on to just order takeout.

The first time Zack referred to Angeal consciously as "my boyfriend" was with Genesis, who cooed approval and told him to do it more often; everybody needed to know!

The first time Zack and Angeal slept in the same room, Zack had a cold and Angeal wanted to watch over him to make sure the mako wouldn't have any ill effects.

The first time Zack and Angeal saw each other naked outside missions and the showers, Zack thought he would never be able to look at Angeal again. He was so ashamed of his reaction; so much like a blushing schoolgirl.

The first time Zack told Angeal "I love you", Angeal turned a startling off-white color, turned around, and walked briskly away.

The first time Zack heard Angeal say "I love you" back, he cried from joy.

The first time Zack and Angeal made love, it was slow and sweet and tender. It was everything Zack had hoped for and more, and he felt so loved.
