I am exhausted, and I go back to work tomorrow. I tried to get up early, but slept in until 10. I just want to go back to bed right now. If I do that I'll end up getting 3 hour's sleep tonight and tomorrow will be horrible

I'm struggling with trying to get myself back on a 'normal' sleep schedule as well. I went to bed at 1:30am last night planning to get up at 10 but couldn't get to sleep until FOUR AM. Of course that meant that I couldn't scrape myself out of bed until noon today... Going back to the office on Monday isn't going to be easy.
