Well, that... could have gone worse, I suppose.
I didn't get stabbed or maimed, and by the end the guest list had more than doubled, so there's that. Andraste, Woodruff, and maybe Scarmane, if his enthusiasm for free drinks was any indication. Elynne was quietly supportive, which is unsurprising given her... situation, but it was certainly comforting to have at least one relatively unscandalized face in the crowd besides Ridgeway.
Nils was less than pleased - okay, furious - which is to be expected, I suppose. She seemed less upset about the fact that "Zhuria" is a Sin'dorei, and more upset about the fact that I kept it secret from her, however. I would have thought keeping secrets would be the least of the issues given what's she's requested of me before, but I've certainly no room to throw stones. Hopefully she'll still be willing to talk to me after she's had time to cool down.
It's likely true that the majority of the 'Lines view me as a compromised asset now, but that's understandable, and can't be helped. As Shiv always used to say, 'Best to cast a wide net and see what sticks around.'
