12degreeskelvin. George Kirk is, put simply, Rose's father figure. Ever since she first arrived at Elegy, he has looked after her. There isn't a time Rose can remember where he wasn't there to help if she needed it. In addition to just being there, George also spoils her rotten gives her gifts which is something no one's ever really done before. He was the first person in Elegy to get a hug from Rose and, yes, that is a big deal for her. Because of all he's done for her, it was no surprise that she decided to take of him when he went blind. So, for the time being, she's living the Trekpartment to make sure he's alright.
♥♥♥ - Family
vettecrasher. Jim Kirk is the big brother Rose never had but always wanted. Just like George, he's always been there since she can remember. He can get angry with her if she does something reckless (like running off without her Tone when there's a murderer on the loose) but she doesn't really mind since it shows he cares. Ever since the Aubade took his life and he forgot about Rose, she's been trying to regain the relationship they had. It's not quite the same as before but she still sees Jim like a big brother despite it all and tries to be there for him when she can.

crymogaea. Iceland is a confusing person for Rose. Before she left Elegy, she didn't realize that she had a crush on him. Now that she's back, however, she isn't nearly as naive as before. She knows her feelings for him are more than just those for a friend. Rose hesitated taking their relationship to the next step but after recent developments, she's reconsidered.
