Castles www.whofic.com/viewstory.php and Grey www.whofic.com/viewstory.php by abstraction. Be warned, it is angst-filled. "Grey" is the sequel, so don't stop at "Castles".
Porn Without Plot www.whofic.com/vewstory.php by the tenzo. Well yes, it is adult-rated. I was surprised at the quantity of porn-ish fanfic stories and wondered why they were so popular. In this story, Rose explains to the Doctor all about how women like their porn. Interesting stuff.
Both www.whofic.com/viewstory.php by wishiknewwho. This is another adult-rated story. Rose is unfaithful. She makes her choice, and then has to pick up the pieces. As you'll see, there's a whole series exploring the aftermath.
Belle de Jour www.whofic.com/viewstory.php by Chase820. Infidelity again, this time on the Doctor's part. A look at how Rose feels about that thing with Mdme de Pompadour. Umm, can't seem to have a story that expores this theme that isn't adult-rated.
