There is one tree on my walking route
that always gets its beautiful green leaves a few weeks before the other trees. Today I walked past it, and it was completely bedecked with beautiful green leaves. I was so happy to see it, that I almost cried. There are dozens of other trees with buds that are starting to open into glorious green. I am so grateful!
I have not been journaling at all, lately, and not posting very often here. I think I need to get that back into my repertoire of "keep Rose Wilder as mentally healthy as possible" strategies.
I walked 5 miles (separated into 3 dog walks) yesterday. That's a first for me! Woot woot! The sun was strong and nourishing.
