The Good
Goddamn everything.
My Complaint...
...is about fandom. For christs sake you guys, the entire show is not about Jack/Ianto and about how much they're fucking. There was more to this episode than the kiss at the end. This episode was epic and that's all you're concentrating on. I love Janto as much as the next girl, but look around; there's more than that going on.

The writing was fantastic. The plot wasn't ridiculous. The character growth was awesome.

These aliens know how to scare the shit out of a planet, I'll tell you that one.
I've sat through all Grudge, Halloween, Friday the 13th, Ring, and tons of other horror movies and didn't flinch once.
Nothing in Torchwood has scared me. Okay, maybe "Countrycide".
But I was terrified at all the kids just stopping and screaming.
Like, it wasn't scary in the previews.
But in context...*shudder*

I loved the scene with him and his sister.
So awkward, so perfect, so...real. With the handing the kids money and the "are you gay" talk.
I don't know who wrote that scene, but fucking kudos, you win.
It was a serious scene, but I lost it laughing at "So I hear you like taking it up the ass."
