It's disturbing me that someone seems to have me blocked on Tumblr from reblogging their posts. I didn't even know you could do that. Can you do that? Is it a bug? I didn't think it was part of the ignore function. I haven't done anything to that person and they even used to reblog my stuff fairly frequently, and I don't know where that's come from

They did announce it. Not big, but enough that I caught it? XD But yeah, it's sometimes so ???-inducing to find how who blocked or muted you. Like, wtf, why even? Ah well.

I didn't see it. Do announcements appear on dashboard? I can't always keep up to date with Tumblr because it eats bandwidth so I miss stuff.

It's demented. The ignore function was or at least could be used as more a way to streamline reading preferences if you know someone persistently posts something that's a do-not-want. A block function is more like a declaration of dislike/not wanting anything to do with someone/even enmity. They're two totally different things. The block function would have been appreciated on top of ignore. But just swapping one for the other? nooooo. *flail*

Plus the fact of suddenly people can tell if they're blocked. Yeah. OMG Tumblr is a headache in all ways.

Announcements happen on the staff account, and I see them when they're reblogged onto my dashboard.

But yeah, mixing the two was kinda beside the point. :/
