comic strips
The porny FMA fan comic I'm currently spending all my free time drawing is at 12 pages, so the finished thing will probably be nearer 20 or even more rather than the 12-15 pages I originally estimated.
Some of the panels I'm really pleased with. Others suck. I may end up redrawing a lot at the end. But either way I never imagined that I COULD properly draw a comic strip that was this long, no matter the subject, so I'm quite chuffed. :)
My characters tend to be quite chunky though. I don't draw thin people. I just don't!
On that note, I have this yen now, when this is finished, to rework my old space series that I used to write bucketloads of short stories in when I was 15 into a series of comic adventures. The main character was a short, fat blonde woman with a nasty sense of humour and a ridiculously high IQ. I think it would be awesome to have a science-fiction action comic starring a short, fat blonde woman! And I want to draw her!! YAY!!!
