It wasn't on purpose. It's just I'd already wrote the other, but when I got to this, looking at how the nanites might make him vulnerable in space logic suggested this kind of thing again!

I can promise that nothing else takes over Jake's brain in any of the other stories I've got underway. :)

Glad you like. I worry about this one going off track, what with the craziness. And the, uh, craziness.

Hey, I kind of wandered over here from the Doctor Who Fic-athon, and I really liked this fic. I like the way that you integrate Jake into the plot, and how he has a connection with each member of the crew. When will you be posting the next part? I look forward to it.
