Star Wars
I'm on a bit of a (original) Star Wars kick at the moment, what with the PlayStation and the fact that, down to my sister's boyfriend, I rewatched the movies for the first time in years the other week.
Anyway, I started rereading the two paperbacks that I'd hung onto from the last time I was majorly into SW because I particularly liked them, The Truce at Bakura and Children of the Jedi. Finished the latter already, and wow is that book mean on Luke. I'm wishing I'd kept the first non-movie trilogy as well, the Timothy Zahn one, because Mara Jade beating the crap outta Luke every 2 minutes is exactly how I best like my SW. ;)
Called in at the paperback shop down the road on my way home from work, and bought 4 more to keep me going, although sadly not the trilogy. Need to get myself into town now this weekend on a book hunt, methinks.
Anyway, if anyone should happen to know of any fanfiction that's particularly unmissable, I'd love a link, or just tell me the title/author and I'll google it. The number of entries at ff.net for this fandom scares me.
And yeah, I actually like Luke Skywalker. It's that Jedi mind thing. I loves me my psychics...
