I suck at updating.
So as you may have read on tumblr, my Mom's been fired from her job. Even though she saved a man's life.
She works in a nursery home. She was working with a trainee and they had to lift a man up. Apparently the trainee wasn't doing a very good job and the man was almost falling off. So Mom did some quick thinking and put him down on the floor. Apparently that was against some protocols at her workplace, ones so important that if anyone disobeyed them they'd immediately be terminated from there. Which is what happened to her.
In a way, I think I can understand, but I also think it's bullshit. She's worked there for 3 years, and she'd been told over and over again that she was one of their best workers. Also, she's never been in trouble there before.
I feel really bad for her. She's become so close to many of the residents there. She's cried when they've died and everything. She told me when they fired her, she went to see them real quick and say goodbye. That made me want to baw.
I really hope she finds another job soon. I worry about money constantly, and this doesn't help.
In other news, Hetalia vol. 4 will come out soon. I am EXCITE. A little worried too. XD; I'm fail like that.
Also, I'm getting the drive to draw again. Yay!
ETA: Dammit, Tumblr, quit screwing up on me. I swear, it's always either you or LiveJournal. You know, the two sites I frequent the most.
