DAY 2 OF POWER 90
ARMS AND LEGS=JELLO!
No upper body strength
Ate a waffle with honey and half and orange for lunch
half an orange for snack
Shrimp and Chicken Cajun Steamer for lunch
Cherrios for snack
Chicken marinara, green beans , and an everything bagel for dinner

6 bottles of water
ASHELY FEELING GOOD!
