Dieting is fun!

I am loving my new diet program!
I eat usually about 5 times a day but portion out everything!
I am eating healthier but not gross foods.
I have delicious snacks between meals and never get that
"Oh my god I am so hungry" feeling.

Dean also downloaded this thing called Calorie King.
You put in everything you have eaten that day, and it
calculates Calories, fat, protein,fiber.
It also has a pie chart of all that ,
You also put in your exercise you did that day
and it subtracts calories you burned.
There is an update that tells you
if you continue to eat like you did that certain day how much weight
you should lose with in the next month.

here is an example of what I am talking about.

Breakfast and lunch I had left over pasta from last night
I drank 2 glasses of diet liption green tea
I had two 100cal oreo snack bites for snacks
and 1 1/2 graham cracker squares
Dinner I had turkey meat sloppy joe on wheat toast
with a side of vegetarian baked beans
and some sweet potatoes I baked (delicious btw)

So I have been munching all day long
and all of that calculates to
629 calories
133.8 carbs
62.9 protein
15.2 fiber

I can completely tell a diffrence in our eating habits,
at first I didn't think we could do this,
because I was using up most of my calorie allowance in
breakfast alone.
Now we don't get anywhere near our allowance.
Like today I have 1110 left.

I also am in love with dance dance revolution.
Even though I have absolutley no dance rhythmn
and sometimes feel self concious when ever there is super
skinny girls dancing in front of me, and sometimes the music
is so horrible and poppy that I feel like I should throw on a mini
skirt and have a head set on.

Other than that i love this as my exercise.
If you play on workout mode it counts how many
calories you burn while you are doing it.
I usually try to go for 200 a day.
Which right now for me while I am still learning
is about an 20 songs.
You don't realize you are working out though.
This on top of wii fit coming out and my light portion meals

I am rocking this diet!
