Sun dried Tomato Alfredo pasta

I am all about quick and cheap meals.
I love anything that cost little of money and doesn't take up much time to make.

What I cooked the other night was delicious.

What you need..

  • Box of Rotini Noodle (I always get wheat)
  • Sun Dried tomato alfredo sauce (or regular alfredo if you please)
  • can of whole tomatoes
  • bag of mozzarella cheese
          (also as a side thing)
  • roll of crescent rolls
  •  butter
  • garlic salt

How to cook it

Boil the Noodles on high (add a pinch of salt to the water)
Set the oven  to pre-heat while you are boiling the noodles.

While the noodles are boiling and you are waiting for the oven to pre-heat
go ahead and start your crescent rolls.
Unroll all the dough.
Spread butter evenly on each square.
Sprinkle garlic salt over the buttered dough.
Add cheese on top of that.
Roll the dough tightly.
Throw them in the oven for 12 minutes

Don't forget to keep checking your noodles and stir occasionally.
By this time your noodles should be pretty much done.
Drain out the water.
Add the alfredo sauce.
Drain the can of whole tomatoes and it with the noodles and sauce.

Mix all of this up.

Now here is where you have two options.
You can either pour everything into a casarole dish then add a layer of cheese to the top.
Throw that in the oven about 5 minutes.

Or you can just pour the cheese in the pasta and stir.

I suppose the third option would be just not to add the extra cheese at all.
