Yes, boys and girls,
NaNoWriMo is here once again. One glorious month of over-caffeination, hair-pulling, and creative wonder. 50,000 words in 30 days. Sounds a little daunting. I know I was a little staggered by the ridiculousness of that number. It really isn't that terrifying when you think about it this way: 1667 words a day. Doesn't that sound a lot less scary? ^_^
Anyway, my story's ridiculously cliche. It's awesome for NaNo because of it's sheer ridiculousness. I revel in writing it. However, just because it's fun to write and is perfect for everything NaNo stands for, I don't think I'll do any postings of it. Trust me, painfully cliche. My main character's name is Jacqueline (Jack) Frost, and she's an Ice elemental. Now, aren't you glad I'm not subjecting you to something like that?
I'm gonna post a widget here, just in case anyone's interested. If you're participating, we should totally be writing buddies. :D
