sorry if i'm incoherent...
after a slow couple of days, i've very pleased with my progress. yes, friends, i am doing nano this year. it's been pretty tough. just sitting down and writing is something i've never really done before. i've never been very happy with my work when i force myself to write. i haven't gone back over and read any of what i've written because i know that as soon as i do that, i will get bogged down in how to make it better. i'm the type that generally waits patiently for my muse to show up, and it usually hits me like a mallet to the head at around 2 or 3 in the morning. of course, things aren't really that different with my writing now. i'm staying up til all hours to do it. i've completely thrown off my sleep schedule. now if i could just find a bloody job, i would be one happy camper.
