LOL your Sumia aversion! Yeah, I didn't like Sumia too much either-- I mean, I didn't hate her, but I didn't really like her either. She was pretty much the definition of "meh". Also did not help that my Sumia was INCREDIBLY weak and would be dying, all the time. 2 hit KOs and stuff. Ahhhhhgh. I have no idea why I felt so compelled to try to adhere to "probably canon" pairings at first but regretting he decision to marry her to Chrom was one reason why I started getting over that habit.
I married MU to Henry the first time (in my head Morgan has to have either black/dark or white hair, lol! It's just so... classic?!) But yeah, in the end MU has the most satisfying ending with Chrom, so… next time!
Second play through as male MU-- I haven't gotten far enough yet to marry anyone! And even if I were far enough, making a decision would be tough… who would you marry as male MU?
And yes Bravely Default is super charming! I like that flexible class system (as well as the way you can link your characters to use your friend's character levels as a booster? Nicee time saver, haha!) How long did it take for you to finish the game?
