happy birthday to angel and happy valentine's day!! haha i suppose miss aubrey'd be nicer to angel on his birthday. in my head, angel's not the sort who would celebrate his birthday extravagantly; he'd prefer a night out with the boys, or a day with miss aubrey or something?? and maybe he'd think of a day with miss aubrey more as a date for valentine's, rather than a birthday celebration. he strikes me as the sort of guy who'd put the people closest to his heart (especially miss aubrey of course) ahead of himself. the roses he's holding in the picture are meant for miss aubrey on their date day out today, but ahhh it doesn't really show really well in the picture huh;;;;

recently i've started watching adventure time! been meaning to do so for a long time now, but nowadays i really need a break from thesis writing and researching, and watching adventure time is a great way to escape from all that for a bit ;v;

finally got to use all the kitschy pink markers i bought when i was 13 with prince gumball in this pic hahaha. this was sort of practice, but ahhh it was still a bummer how the ink got smudged over marshall lee's eye T3T;;;

it's interesting drawing adventure time characters? really really like the strong colours and simple yet distinct style. it's fun to work on AT fanart!//// good practice as well i suppose; it's a really different style from what i'm familiar with *v*;;;

there's a mascot designing competition in school and they dole out good money if you win hahaha anyway wanted to try my luck. this is the original version of what i hoped to send in, but i realised right before submitting my entry that we had to use school colours, so i tweaked the colours ahaha;;;;
