dance central! fanarts and thoughts on DC3
gosh, did not anticipate dance central 3 coming out at all! am really really excited about the game though. mmm about what features, probably the storyline (TIME TRAVELLING!!!!) and alternate costumes (thank goodness those retro-dos aren't permanent HAHA i mean they fit only a certain time period, yes?)?

oh and OH BODIE'S HAIR AHHHHHH AHHHHHHH while it's an... interesting change, i am relieved that he will get his fluffy hair back as well! TvT!!
about the songs, i'm really stoked about the 70s routines! and maybe the 90s because in some interviews it's reported that they have pretty awesome routines *v* it's a little sad that not everyone likes the way harmonix has been marketing DC3 with the retro and usher routines, because personally i'm really excited about their emphasis on going through the decades of songs and dance moves. it just seems right, after their lack of old school hits in DC2? my thoughts about it, anyway.
speaking of which, oh man OH MAN no words can DESCRIBE how stoked i am to do the hustle sob i am waiting for someone to put up the full routine online

goshhh i hope they put in a lot of funk tracks for the 70s as well. it doesn't seem like a lu$h thing but a hi-def thing though but I-I AM HOPING TTVTT;;;; for play that funky music white boy or something thereabouts. ABBA would be awesome too. "dancing queen", or "mamma mia" ooh///
and 90s haha gosh the first song i thought of was that sugar ray song when it's over! with bodie if he's doing the 90s! goshh this song epitomises my childhood telly days haha. it'll be hilarious if they gave this song to him as well. haha i mean, come on, look at what he's wearing. plus it seems like bodie ends up with all the old school dirty songs, somehow.
wondering if lil'T will be back as well. p-personally i'd like her to be back so i can ship her with glitch (LOL WHAT) but i can't imagine her standing next to taye who looks rather family-unfriendly with her new outfit?!;;;;
also wondering if the crews will get some of the newer songs, i.e., they're not only assigned songs to their era. if DCI got all the cool new songs that would be pretty sad TvT;;;; am finding it a little difficult to like them because they don't look too outstanding, but well i'm not one who does well with change;;; hopefully this opinion of them will change over time!

goshhh i hope more people upload their videos! especially of the choreographers dancing because these are awesome! and mass-dancing to dance central is always, always fun (memories, eh edlynng?)!
ah ah i'm jumping around because there's so much i want to talk about DC3! i really hope they have more cinematic eyecandy i.e. animations sobbb need to see more of the characters animated, and would love love love to see more character development! if harmonix releases character bios like they did for dc1 haha oh man that would be SWEET///
oh and i love the cover as well! it's awesome that they featured, ahem AHEM, their well-loved characters instead of sirry real life human beings! ;v;////
one worry i have about the game is that make your own move which was touted during E3; it didn't seem to work too well;;;; i can imagine they're still developing it though, and hope it will be fine-tuned in time! oh and about the E3 showcase which has been leaving gamers feeling scandalised, hahaha while i understand their utter distaste that their conference was turned into a concert, let's face it! with the direction gaming technology is going, with a game like dance central 3 where music (more importantly popular music as we see through disgruntled fans who do not like disco I FROWN UPON ALL OF YOU) and gaming collide, it's inevitable that celebrity endorsement and "pop. culture" as we know it will creep into the gaming world. not into halo, or CoD, or WoW or any of those, but for games like these, so well to be so upset by that DC3 stint is a little silly?? no condescension intended. if there's any gripes i had with that E3 DC thing, it would be the lack of enough gameplay on the screens. it became a little too much about usher, and too little about the game (confound all that smoke which made it hard to see the screens as well...!)
