was just thinking about how the existing characters from DC1 changed in DC2!
mmm yes prefer her new makeup and curlier hair *v* didn't really notice that she became nicer but well apparently she did!
mmm angel is the one i (and it seems a lot of people) can't figure out! i mean yeah they changed his VA and consequently his character but there are these little physical changes which make him seem really different from DC1! is his hair shorter? is he leaner? mmm that zoot suit doesn't look as good on him in DC2 as it does on him in DC1
didn't think there was much change in emilia (apart from her curly/permed?? hair) until i went back to DC1 after playing DC2 and WOAH her voice and mannerisms! haha she was super butch wasn't she! definitely prefer DC2 emilia better! wonder if they changed her VA though.
character-wise, taye seems a whole lot milder and expressionless in DC2? couldn't help but compare lil T and her facial expressions and mmm taye just seemed too stoic, with her face. and with the way she was spoke and stuff! wonder if this was a deliberate move on the DC team's part! :o!! do prefer her DC1 look, but prefer the less NEON GREEN eyes she has in DC2 haha
hmmm well he didn't change much that's all i can say! though it's strange (to me at least;;;) that we can see his eyes when he's wearing his default outfit now!

was trying out a whole bunch of different styles this week;;;
been struggling to find a proper style suitable for drawing the DC characters in; there's a style that i use for comics but mmm can't seem to find a good style for just doodling the characters out TvT;;;
trying out a completely new style!

ugh the colouring jdskladjsa anyway kind of want to do chibis of the dance central characters doing a dance move in one of their default routines. wanted to use massive attack for bodie since that's the song i associate most with him but meh already did a rough chibi of him doing the sasso move once, so well he gets that nifty prerogative move instead;;; let's see if i can produce one chibi per dance central journal entry from now on ahaha
ah and lastly, if i were to join a crew in the DANSU SENTARU WORLD, this is how i'd end up with my DESTINY CREW
by process of elimination (main reason being because i can't dance) i would end up with the most tolerant friendliest crewLMAO CRY JSJAKDL SAJKDLSA i-i do prefer riptide's energetic dances though! hi-def's dances are pretty neat too i suppose; however anything which requires girly sass and/or gyrating hips and/or EMOSHUNAL DANCING are just... EVEN MORE IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME??;;;
it's not like i especially want to be in bodie's crew or anything NOPE

did these because i was bored yesterday, and converted them into badges ahahaha don't know if i should've done that
have no idea what to do with them now jdskladjskalds they're kind of badly done especially because the pen ink kept smudging (THESE PENS NEVER DID THAT BEFORE SOB) and so in some lousy attempt to fix bodie and emilia (the first two i did) i stupidly tried going over their faces with copics several times to blend out the ink smudges but that obviously didn't work cry:

further details/disclaimer on badges: badly coloured, pretty rough, BODIE HAS SUPER ORANGE SKIN, oh and SUPER YELLOW HAIR (didn't have the right yellowSOB), emilia and bodie are smudged, angel is slightly pinkish, copic marker shading is blotchy, the names of the characters don't quite fit into the badges because i... underestimated the size of the badge and the faces are pretty humongous on the badges as a result as well. oh badge diameter is around 5.5 cm???
all in all, flawed but made with tender loving care!;;
oh maybe a deadline would be a good idea. let's say sometime on tuesday night?
