i got forcibly removed from wetherspoons!
but i know my rights. upon being asked to leave for smoking one metre from the entrance of the non-smoking area i put out my cigarette (on the table) before my drinks were confiscated. upon polite (very very polite) request to speak to the manager i was refused, before being forcibly pushed out of the pub. i know my consumer rights and i know that upon being asked to extinguish my cigarette i did so. i was then manhandled and upon returning to the premisis to retrieve my bag which i had been forced to abandon and try to enquire the name of the manager, once again referring to every member of staff i met as "sir" or "madam" to ensure that i was in no way in the wrong, i was refused. i was mistreated and unfairly dismissed from an establishment, as well as having my purchased items confiscated and being physically forced from the premesis without basis. i was left feeling offended and discriminated against. i have dyed hair and was with a member of an ethnic minority if this might aid my cause in any way. i dont care how, but i want to get these bastards back. DO I HAVE A RIGHT TO COMPLAIN LAWFULLY??
