Dear Joel,
No one can ever truly understand what you were going through, and why you decided to do what you did. But really, you could have, and you should have called me... or anyone for that matter. If you were really had a lot of shit in your life, people around you could have helped... i still remember our 18 minute long road trips to "the decline". i remember you being an aqua monkey. i remember wrestling. i remember breaking into matts house to screw with him while he was sleeping. i remember just sitting at your house eating strawberry belts, drinking soda, and playing video games all day. i remember our big fight and how nothing was the same after that. i wish we would have hung out a lot more than we did. i know i always missed your crazy ass. say hi to your mom for me, and i hope everything's ok.
p.s. you still owe me a breakfast burrito at snacks.
