Evil Mega-Corp
My interview was yesterday, and I thought I did well. All of the phone interviews and info I found on-line was that they do situational questions, so I drilled myself on stories that show my skills, adaptability, willingness to pitch in and leadership...
...and it was a more traditional interview. I still dropped in a couple of the stories, but it was more of a conversation than an interview, with three people in the room and two on the phone. I thought I did well, and as I got home, my friend who put me in for the interview and was part of the group interviewing me said I did well.
So, I'm cautiously optimistic. They said I will hear either this Friday or next...so I'll have my phone with me at all times tomorrow. ^_^
On an utterly unrelated note, I am pretty amazed that the Lindsey Lohan strips I wrote for World Wide News happened to go love just as she is in the news and is going to prison. I was just making jokes about the whole "Here's a celebrity on a supposed news show" and using a boob joke that I came up with a year ago, and now I feel bad that I left so many jokes on the table around her drunkenness, her self-destructive nature and how the media are just making it easy for people to flame out on the world stage.
Oh well. It's probably better that I just made a joke about people staring at her chest.
