Some random thoughts
I've decided to take a few minutes to update before starting on my schoolwork today. With the promos drawing near, I think it will be quite some time before I update again.
Plenty of things have happened since my last entry. There were theNDP rehearsals, Interact Installation, helping out with a filming that took place in TPJC... etc. Almost all of them really left an impression on me.
NDP rehearsals were draining but enjoyable. Interact Installation was fun and a good learning experience. Helping out with the filming was a blast.
We're currently studying about Theatre of the Absurd in TSD, and it's really interesting. Reading on the playwrights interpretation on the lack of meaning in our lives can be depressing, but at the same time, I occassionally feel more at ease. Studying theatre of the absurd has changed many people's perspective on life. One of the things that I've read that really left an impact on me is Albert Camus idea about how life is meaningless, but what we live for are the moments of beauty that crop up in our lives.
Now, a dark, dark, period looms ahead for many of us. The promos are nearing! Oh no! Less than 40 days... But will pull through and do well.. enough. It's been really hard to catch up with schoolwork of late. I'm struggling to finish all my work on time. So many people look so drained lately.
Hm. Not able to load any pictures now. Haha. Will try to find time to do that soon.
