Isn't it just AWESOME!! :D There's also an icon....

Again, awesome. Right?? ;p

---------------------

Just bought a few books :

Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr
Impossible by Nancy Werlin
Blue Moon by Alyson Noel (the second book to Evermore)

I've started reading Wicked Lovely and Impossible, but I've decided to stick with Wicked Lovely. I just don't seem to want to put this book down. I knew I should've got this book a long time ago.  :-/

And for those of you who don't know what it's about here's what I know so far.

Aislinn has always seen faeries. Ever since she was born. Her grandma taught her the lessons, never attract their attention, never speak to invisible faeries, and never stare at invisible faeries. Point being, they will make you blind or kill you.

This guy, Keenan, is supposed to be the Summer King of the faeries, but his mother, Beira, is the Winter Queen. There's some kind of curse or something that Keenan has to find the right girl to be his Summer Queen. When he thinks he's found the right one, she must willingly take hold of the Winter Queen's staff. From there they find out if she's the Summer Queen or if she's doomed to live with Winter's Chill until the next mortal risks her life to see if she's the Summer Queen.

Obviously, Keenan sets his sights on Aislinn. Thinks she's the one. She doesn't want anything to do with faeries, and the very sight of Keenan and his power freightens(sp?) her. She starts seeing more and more powerful faeries that scare her more or less than Keenan does. She's being followed, and chased, and the only person she really feels safe around is Seth.

Seth is her best friend. I think they both want to be more than friends, but she's afraid he'd just use her for sex and it would screw up their friendship, so she chooses not to take the bait (so far anyway) and remain his friend. Well, she ends up telling him she sees faeries and he seems pretty understanding of it all. Comforts her and whatnot.

And that's basically all I've gotten to so far... :-/ It seems like a really good book though. ;p I'm so glad I bought it. I'm TOTALLY gonna buy Ink Exchange, probably next week. ;p

------------

I haven't really read enough of Impossible yet to say what it's about. It's supposed to be encouraged by the song Scarborough Fair by Simon and Garfunkel. It's got something to do with she has three impossible tasks to fulfill, her family is cursed, and only this true love can save her. It just seemed like a really cute story, so I bought it. It's not half bad so far, but I'm only like a chapter into it. ;-/

-----------

Hannah's friend, Mia, stayed the night last night. That was fun. They didn't go to sleep until mudnight. O_o But man, when I made them lay down then, they were KNOCKED the fuck out... :) I was really kind of cute.

Oh, and Erica was watching Steve's niece, Gianna. She is such a cutie. She was so sad though. She missed her mommy, and god mommy, and sister. Kept crying for them. We all felt bad for her and was giving her big hugs and stuff.

She eventually fell asleep, and when she did, she looked like Jesus on the cross. Swear. It was absolutely adorable. She kept trying to look in and watch Legion with us, and someone had to kind of sit and keep an eye on her. Legion is NOT a movie for little kids. She's only 2. She'd have some major ass nightmares watching that movie.

But that movie was KICK ASS. I really liked it. I recommend you all watch it. ;p My sister kept commenting on how they have Paul Bettany looking kind of hott in that movie. Haha! I have to admit, the man was looking pretty scrumptious. ;p I say it's 'cause he's all beefy looking and gots all them tattoos. Either way, he was looking good. I actually thought he looked kind of hot in Ink Heart, aside from his scraggly hair.

----------------

Hannah's going with her G-Ma Debbie today at about 2 or 3. She would've left around 11, but Mia's not leaving until a little after 2. It's when her mom gets off of work. G-Ma Debbie didn't seem very happy about having to come out and get her. She was going to have G-Pa Ron pick her up on the way home from work, but because of Mia, G-Ma Debbie's gonna have to come all the way out here and get her a little later. :-/

Oh well, it's not everyday Mia stays the night. I think this is the first time she actually stayed. Keri's stayed twice, but never Mia, and Mia's the one Hannah gets along with better. Keri's the little bitch. Sorry, but she is. I can't stand her sometimes. Everything's gotta be her way or she's PISSED. And I mean, PISSED. Like, she gives you the evil eye, and throws temper tantrums. And let me tell you, she's got the evil eye down pat. It's kind of scary. Lol. Nonetheless, it makes me dislike her even more. :-/

-----------------

I have to work tonight, and damnit, I don't want to. It's my 3 day weekend to work. I HATE working these three days. It sucks SOOO bad. I get so tired on after working these three days. I'm gonna start working to better my sleeping schedule. I think I'm only going to let myself sleep for the least 4 hours and the most 6 or 7, just so I can get used to it all.

I want my sleep, but I want to be able to do more things during the day, and be able to actually handle it. I figure if I can get used to less sleep, my body won't need it as much. :-/

Speaking of being a weirdo. If you saw the last entry I post... at least I think it was the last entry.... it dealt with a turtle humping a shoe. And my GOD, it's effin' hilarious.

Anyways, the other night at work, I asked the group of people doing rework with me if they'd ever seen it, and of course they hadn't, so I kind of acted it out. And this kid, Jimmy, next to me was just like, "Wait. What? What did it do again?" Lol. He just wanted to see me do it again. He thought it was hilarious. And I just couldn't stop laughing as I did it. Haha!

This other guy walked up and I asked him the same thing, the same kid was like, "Yeah, but show him what it did." Lol. So I did. It was hilarious. No, I'm not afraid to make a fool out of myself. I actually enjoy doing it sometimes. ;p It's one of the many things people like about me. I'm not afraid to be the fool, or act stupid as all hell.

--------------------

Another spout of weirdness at work... This guy, George, when we left the one morning said he was going home, and soaking his hands in cider. I didn't get the joke until later that night when we came back in. As I walked past this group of people doing rework and I heard Tabitha and Raquel 'ewwing' and 'that's gross'. Well, I continued my way out the door, and about a minute later, Tabitha and Raquel come out and told me what happened.

Apparently when George said he was soaking his hands in cider, the joke was, he's soaking his hands inside her. Haha. So Tabitha told me I should walk up to George and ask him to smell my fingers. So I did. Lol. He asks, "Where they been?" I said, "I've been soaking them inside her" And I smelled my fingers and said, "Are you sure you don't want to smell them? They smell quite lovely?" And the same kid from the night before looks up at me and said, "You're weird."  Haha... I took it as a compliment. :p I love being the weird one. :p

-------------------

Annnd, I got to train this guy Bernard on the cubes the last night we worked. I like doing the cubes. But anyways, he's got PTSD. And I kept asking him all these questions about it. He's in the Army, and he watched 10 of his best friends die. 3 of them were his fault he said. I asked him if he believed in destiny/fate and that his friends died for a reason, he said no. He believes they died because of a mistake.

I told him I believe in reincarnation, and that in every life we live there's a certain lesson/purpose in life we have to learn or live before we die. And when we learn or serve our purpose, we die. I said, maybe they died because they learned what they needed to, or because they were meant to die so this kind of mistake doesn't get made again.

But he seemed to be a pretty cool guy. I told him to work slow because I didn't want to get moved to a press or something, and when Bill comes around to kind of struggle. He asked me, "Do you want a mild case of struggle or do you want me to look like I have no clue what I'm doing?" I said a mild case of struggle will be just fine.

Then Dustin came over and changed the garbage, and he didn't want to walk all the way up front to throw it away, so he just shoved it in a cube and flipped it upside down, stacked another one on top, and told me to make some boxes up and put them next to it so they didn't see the garbage bags hanging out the bottom. Haha.

He was contemplating just throwing it over a couple stacks of skids. And dear Lord if he did that, I would've laughed SOOOO hard. Omg. Dustin can be an major pain in the ass sometimes, but he's pretty fucking hilarious.

-------------------

Oh, and here's some bullshit. My electric got shut off, for like, a day. Pissed EVERYONE here off because we paid it like a week ago. They said we'd have to call in with the reciept number to get it turned back on, and not only that, we had to pay an extra $35 for the turn on fee. It was all just some bullshit.

It could've been a result of Steve having to talk to the man that came to the door though. Steve always has an attitude. My mom said the man is always nice and polite to her, she doesn't know why he'd act like that to Steve unless Steve had an attitude, which he probably did. And if my mom would've been there, she could've just shown him the reciept and eevrything would've been all good.

------------------

But I suppose that's all I have to report today. Hope you all have a good day/night. ;p Toodles.
