Wagon Trails... :p
I had a pretty good day today, although I'm quite tired.... :-/
I went to Wagon Trails with my daughter's class for a field trip. :) Wagon Trails, if you don't know, is an animal park. :D Anyway, when you get there, they give you a bucket of food to feed the animals when you go on the 'safari ride'. Haha. It's so cool. They stop the vehicle and the animals all come running up to you. And you grab a handful of food, and they open their mouths, and you just pour food in... HAHA!!
There was this one camel, such a glutton, WOULD NOT STOP EATTING MY FOOD!!! I barely had ANY food let after he was done. I kept trying to feed all the other ones, and he'd bump them out of the way and steal the food, out of my bucket. :p Haha. I almost got bit about 4 times too.
After we saw the camels, we saw the water buffalo, goats, and zebras. :D That was fun. :) The one camel kept chasing after our ride. Haha, I don't think he got enough of my food. :) Then there was another whole flock of camels that came, and freaked everybody out, 'cause they kept poking their heads INSIDE and nudging everyone, and nipping at us for food. :)
Last stop, were the ostriches. :D They pecked the food out of the buckets. You couldn't even TRY to feed them with your hands. They'd probably peck it clean off. Everyone was scared trying to feed them. :-/
There were water buffalo, zebras, donkeys, horses, birds, goats, geese, fish, camels, ostriches, and a few more I can't think of. :-/
OMG! Then, there was this peacock. Peacocks feathers are SOOOO PRETTY! I took a picture with my phone. :) I took pics of lot a lot of the animals there.
Then it was time for the gift shop. :) I bought Hannah a big jewel. It looks like a sapphire, but fake, of course. It's HUGE, and sapphire's her birthstone, so she just HAD to have it. :D And I bought a couple things myself, and then we came back to the school.... :-)
