Day Nine: Feeling Fine

It's funny when these writing challenges or whatever you want to call them hit.
Having said that...

Today's challenge is:  Day Nine: Four turn-offs

And baby, I've got them within 2 seconds of reading it.
Easy.

1. People who enjoy being mean. People who ridicule strangers constantly, backbite, and who enjoy the label "bitch" or "dick".  I'm sorry, but there's a big difference between being a strong woman and being a bitch, and there sure as hell is no pride in being a dick. Think about when you use those words to describe others. You're not paying a compliment.  Ugh.

2. People who are full of themselves.  "I'm a princess/diva/god's gift to women" "Don't I look hot in this?" "Oh yeah, I'm sexy as hell" Again, there's nothing wrong with positivity about yourself, but if you have to straighten your hair out every time you pass a mirror? If you MUST talk about how hot you look in everything all the time? If you can't for one minute get dirty and play around like the regular people?  If you post 100 pictures to your facebook and 90 of them are portraits you took of yourself?   Yeah. I don't look for that in a friend or a mate.  I don't want to be an adoring fan of someone, I want a partner.

3. People who don't like animals.  There's something about people who don't like animals that makes me suspicious/mistrustful.  I don't know if that's fair, it's just a turnoff.

4. Oo, one more...the Barney Stinsons of the world who are serious about it.  The "players" who love to gloat about it.  Nobody, NOBODY thinks you're cool. They think you're a sleazeball with a disease, ok, BRO? And it doesn't look good on you, the secretive business trips and the private phone calls you've gotta take?  Yeah, those.  You look like a 12 year old playing in daddy's suit, ok?  Nobody buys your slick act, and the truth of the matter is, even the girls you DO get with would cut you loose in a heartbeat if you ever wanted something serious, no one is deluded enough to not know what you are.  They just tolerate it for an easy lay.

So there ya have four of em. I could double this list easily. :P
