I'VE GOT IT! The perfect plan! This is how we can run the government for the rest of the days and NEVER haver to worry about Health care, social security or schooling!
Each worker will be paid a set amount based on the type of work they do. The general populus will have to work between the ages of 16 and 75 or they will not be paid, nor will they recieve any applicable retirement and/or social security benefits. Each workers wages will be taxed, much as they are now, at a slightly higher rate to cover the extra costs of Healthcare, Social Security, and Training of Public Service Employees up to and including Teachers, Lawyers, Police Officers, Doctors, etc....
Employers will no longer need to provide Medical/Dental insurance because all Medical and Dental care will be free. The costs of medical--as stated above--will be taken from the set wages of the workers and put into an individual account at the 1st Central Government Bank with no interest. Each time the worker visits the doctor an appropriate amount will be deducted from this account. Anything more than supplied by the account will be paid by the worker. Preventative and yearly visits (i.e. annual physicals, flu shots, well child exams, ets..) will be paid for by the Government.
As stated above, Social Security will also be deducted from each paycheck a worker recieves and placed into a personal account in the 1st Central Government Bank, which will hold the money with no interest untill the worker retires (at age 75 or later). Workers will recieve monthly social security checks once they have retired and will need to pick them up at the local social security office (proof of former employment with the workers last full time employer will be required). The monthy amount that a worker recieves will be based on the average wages of their last employer. Checks will be available for pick up once a month untill the account is exhausted or untill the worker expires. If the worker expires before the account is exhausted the remainder of the account will be added to the workers Government program of choice.
All Teachers will be federally certified at the Central Government College for Teachers. That way all of the teachers across the country will have the same level of education and will be at the same ablility. Curriculum across the country will be standardized and all students will be learning the same materials. For high and low capability learners special classes will be offered. The teachers for these classes will be trained at the Central Government College for Teachers and will be picked via lottery draw from each years Freshman class. Upon Graduation teachers will be assigned to locations for work based on their home state. No teacher will be placed in their home state to avoid bias and/or favoritism and/or jealosy of teachers and/or students.
With this new system in place the Government and America will run much more smoothly.
